The client needs a system for maintaining the complaints of unauthorized dumps and also coordinates the Animal control procedures. We provide a web based system to maintain the complaints of unauthorized dumps and to coordinate the Mobile County's Animal control procedure and Litter patrol procedure.

This system provides a facility to visit the patrol, looks for evidence that will determine the origin of the waste and/or the person(s) who illegally disposed the waste. If the person at fault is identified, they may be ordered to cleanup the waste.
